Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive – Registration to manage end-to-end registration processes. The role involves documentation coordination, application filing on government/regulatory portals, regular follow-ups, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete registration processes as per defined guidelines

• Collect, verify, and organize required documents from clients and internal teams

• Prepare and submit applications on relevant government/regulatory portals

• Track application status and follow up with concerned authorities

• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information

• Ensure all registrations are completed within timelines with high accuracy

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in operations, backend, or documentation roles

• Prior experience in registrations, compliance, or portal-based work will be an advantage

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of documentation and registration processes

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with online portals and MS Excel

• Good communication and follow-up skills
