Position Operations Executive – Analytics & Power BI Department Operations Reporting To Operations Manager Experience 1–3 Years Qualification Certification in Power BI, Data Analytics, or SQL will be an added advantage. Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the Operations team through data analysis, dashboard development, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, advanced Excel, and data visualization to convert operational data into meaningful business insights and assist management in decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards. Monitor key operational KPIs and generate actionable insights. Collect, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources. Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency. Coordinate with Operations, Production, Sales, Purchase, and Project teams for data collection and analysis. Support project planning, resource utilization, productivity analysis, and performance tracking. Create presentations and analytical reports for management reviews. Assist in forecasting, capacity planning, and operational performance analysis. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Dashboard Development, DAX, Power Query). Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, Charts). Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis. Understanding of databases and data modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Python, VBA, or automation tools. Experience with ERP systems, SCADA data, or manufacturing/project analytics. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate is an added advantage. Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects is preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely submission of MIS and dashboards. Dashboard accuracy and data reliability. Reduction in manual reporting effort through automation. Improvement in operational visibility and decision support. Timely completion of analytical reports and management presentations. User satisfaction with dashboards and reports.
