Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate training programs (virtual, classroom, and on-site).
Manage training schedules, session planning, trainer allocation, and batch coordination.
Act as a single point of contact between trainers, clients, and internal teams for program execution.
Ensure timely sharing of training materials, session links, attendance sheets, and assessments.
Coordinate with trainers regarding availability, logistics, content alignment, and delivery requirements.
Communicate program details, timelines, and updates to clients professionally and proactively.
Support trainer onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Handle post-training feedback collection from clients and trainers.
Prepare and maintain operational documents including program trackers, MIS reports, invoices support data, and engagement records.
Assist in raising POs, invoices, contracts, and maintaining proper documentation for each engagement.
Track training completion status, attendance, certifications, and reports.
Support audits, compliance, and internal process documentation as required.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for training delivery.
Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Ensure timely closure of engagements with proper reporting and documentation.
Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Academic teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery.
Support pre-sales operations by assisting with trainer mapping, availability checks, and operational feasibility.
Strong operational coordination and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Basic understanding of corporate training, L&D, or consulting operations
Experience with MIS reporting and operational tracking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
Professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in operations, training coordination, L&D, EdTech, or consulting preferred
Experience in corporate training operations will be an added advantage
