Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Backend Operations Executive to support our BGV operations team. The role involves handling verification data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend processing of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update candidate/background verification data in internal systems

• Process and track BGV cases with accuracy and timeliness

• Coordinate with verification teams and internal departments

• Ensure proper documentation and data integrity

• Handle email communication and follow-ups with internal teams

• Support in resolving basic operational queries

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Basic understanding of computer operations

• Willingness to learn BGV processes

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome)

• 0–1 year experience candidates can apply

• Immediate joiners preferred
