Operations Executive – Device & Field Operations | Bengaluru

We are hiring an Operations Executive for Device & Field Operations in Bengaluru. This is a Work From Office opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, field operations or inventory management.

The role involves managing device kits, inventory, packaging, dispatch, shipment tracking, last-mile logistics and store/field support. The candidate will coordinate with courier/logistics partners, store teams and Technical Assistants to ensure smooth device deployments and timely resolution of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Device kit preparation, packing and dispatch

Inventory management and serial-number tracking

Shipment and last-mile delivery coordination

Courier/logistics partner follow-up

Device replacements, returns and recoveries

Store and field operations support

Maintaining inventory, shipment and deployment trackers

Supporting new device deployments

Identifying and escalating critical operational issues

Required Skills: Operations Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Dispatch, Shipment Tracking, Last-Mile Operations, Excel/Google Sheets, Device/Asset Management, Vendor Coordination, Field Operations and strong communication/follow-up skills.

Eligibility:

1–3 years relevant experience

Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable handling devices, packaging and inventory

Fluent Hindi + two South Indian languages, preferably Kannada and Tamil

Good to Have: Hardware/electronics experience, e-commerce/last-mile delivery exposure, phone/WhatsApp support and familiarity with automation.
