Designation: Operations Executive
Location: Kothrud, Pune (Onsite, candidates within 5 km preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain quotes and prepare detailed comparison reports.

• Recommend suitable policies to customers based on analysis.

• Manage customer communication, including payment follow-ups and timely policy issuance.

• Verify issued policies for accuracy and compliance.

• Follow up with insurance companies for brokerage statements.

• Handle filing, documentation, scanning, email drafting, and letter writing.

• Visit insurance companies as required for operational needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

• Pleasant personality with the ability to work under pressure.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Career-driven mindset, ready to accept challenges and grow with the company.

• Must hold a valid driving license.

• Candidates residing within a 5 km radius of office location preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any field.

• Freshers with strong Excel and communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with prior experience in the insurance field will be given preference.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹15,000 per month.

• Experienced candidates in the insurance field: Salary based on interview performance.

• Candidates from other fields with strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
