We are looking for a responsible Office Staff member to handle day-to-day office operations, maintain records, and support administrative work. The candidate should be organized, punctual, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office files, documents, and records
Data entry and maintaining registers/computer records
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting work
Coordinate with team members and management
Manage office supplies and stationery
Support HR/admin tasks when required
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the office
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Attention to detail
Basic knowledge of office procedures
Qualification:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
