ऑफिस स्टाफ

We are looking for a Education counsellor to join our team. This role involves handling calls, maintaining records, providing exceptional support for students, and addressing queries and concerns related to students. The role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student counseling: Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to discuss academic progress, IT career goals, and any personal issues that may affect performance.

• Career and academic planning: Help students identify strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and create a plan for IT-related courses and career paths, which may include guiding them on specific software, programming languages, or certifications.

• Admissions and applications: Guide students through the application process for jobs or further education, assisting with application forms, resumes, and interview preparation.

• Assessment and evaluation: Administer and interpret assessments to help students understand their aptitudes and interests in the tech field. 

• Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma or Graduation .
