Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Executive to manage client interactions, support internal operations, coordinate projects, and represent the brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both administrative and creative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling & Communication

• Manage day-to-day office-based client interactions professionally

• Coordinate with clients for meetings, follow-ups, and documentation

• Address client queries and ensure smooth communication flow

Presentations & Documentation

• Prepare professional presentations, reports, and proposals

• Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation

• Assist management with data compilation and reporting

Onboarding & Coordination

• Handle onboarding of new clients, vendors, or team members

• Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes

• Support HR and operations in onboarding-related documentation

Project Coordination

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating ongoing projects

• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups

• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and management

YouTube & Social Media Brand Representation

• Represent the company’s brand on YouTube and social media platforms

• Assist in content coordination, scheduling, and basic engagement

• Support brand communication in line with company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and branding

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in office administration or client handling

• Basic knowledge of content creation or digital marketing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
