Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage daily office administration and operations.

✅ Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.

✅ Maintain customer records and CRM data.

✅ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.

✅ Prepare reports, documentation, and office records.

✅ Support administrative and operational activities.

✅ Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Skills Required

✔️ Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

✔️ Basic computer and internet knowledge

✔️ CRM knowledge is an added advantage

✔️ Basic knowledge of the export and skincare industry (preferred)

✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✔️ Professional attitude and team spirit

Eligibility

🎓 Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
