Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office tasks, supporting staff, maintaining records, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Support HR tasks such as employee records, attendance, and onboarding paperwork
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Assist management and team members with administrative support as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional attitude and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
