Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and share Quotations & Proforma Invoices
Manage dispatch details & courier coordination
Track shipments and update clients
Handle incoming & outgoing emails
Coordinate with clients via phone & email
Maintain order records and documentation
Support sales and accounts team
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
