The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing presentations, client communication, and scheduling meetings, ensuring smooth coordination between the firm and external clients.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for client meetings and internal use
Draft and send professional emails, proposals, and documents
Communicate with clients and represent the firm in a professional manner
Conduct or assist in presentations to other companies/clients
Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings and appointments
Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups
Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
