The Operations & Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, procurement, product coordination, and backend office operations. The role also requires basic knowledge of social media management and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials and products.
Identify and onboard new vendors while negotiating for better rates and quality.
Oversee product inflow and outflow, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
Maintain vendor and product data using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems.
Draft professional emails and handle client/vendor communications.
Support basic social media activities, including creating/editing reels and posting on Instagram.
Ensure smooth backend office operations and provide support to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in any discipline.
1 year of experience in vendor coordination, procurement, or operations (freshers with the right skills may also apply).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email drafting, and internet research.
Familiarity with Instagram and social media platforms (basic content creation/editing skills preferred).
Good communication skills with working knowledge of spoken and written English.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
