Key Responsibilities – Housekeeping Staff
Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, offices, laboratories, libraries, corridors, and common areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
Sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect floors, furniture, and other surfaces.
Collect and dispose of waste as per the college's waste management procedures.
Refill soap, tissue paper, handwash, and other restroom consumables.
Keep drinking water areas, staircases, and entrances clean and tidy.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Support housekeeping requirements during admissions, examinations, seminars, and college events.
Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and responsibly.
Follow hygiene, safety, and institutional policies at all times.
Wear the prescribed uniform and maintain punctuality and discipline.
Perform any other housekeeping duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
