We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to manage daily administrative work and support our real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office operations
Manage client data & CRM entries
Coordinate with sales team for site visits
Answer incoming calls & follow up with clients
Maintain property files & documentation
Prepare basic reports in Excel
Assist in marketing & social media posting (basic level)
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
Professional phone handling
Organized & disciplined
Quick learner & responsible attitude
