Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:
-Handle back-office operations and documentation work.
-Draft and manage professional emails.
-Maintain and update records in MS Office for easy access and retrieval.
-Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth workflow.
-Provide administrative support for insurance processes.
-Generate basic reports when required and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Requirements:
-Graduation with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
-Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Basic computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and good email writing skills are required.
