Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant who can handle daily administrative tasks, coordinate with banks, and support basic accounting work.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, and other banking work
Maintain records of bank transactions and documents
Assist in basic accounting entries and data management
Handle filing, documentation, and record keeping
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Manage office errands and support senior staff when required
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally/Excel preferred)
Familiarity with banking procedures
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel)
Honest, punctual, and trustworthy
Ability to travel locally for bank and office-related work
