Job Responsibilities:
1. Pantry & Consumables Management
• Ensure continuous availability of tea, coffee, and other pantry consumables.
• Procure pantry materials from DMart and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate monthly supply of tea/coffee and drinking water (Bisleri bottles) to the Experience Center.
• Arrange monthly birthday cakes along with required paper plates and serving items.
2. Material & Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate daily consumption records for pantry materials, housekeeping (HK) materials, stationery items, and ID cards.
• Manage asset tags and ensure timely update of asset data in records.
• Ensure monthly delivery of HK and stationery materials for CSR activities.
• Maintain the admin store in an organized and efficient manner.
3. Vendor & External Coordination
• Coordinate ID card collection from Sanpada.
• Handle monthly cheque deposits for Bank and MSEDCL payments.
• Arrange stamp papers as required by the organization.
• Procure electrical and plumbing materials from local vendors as needed.
• Follow up with vendors for timely completion of assigned work.
4. Office Monitoring & Facility Upkeep
• Conduct daily rounds of the office premises to assess cleanliness and facility conditions.
• Identify and report repair and maintenance requirements to the Admin Manager promptly.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping team by assigning daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Ensure that housekeeping standards are consistently maintained across all areas.
5. Event & Celebration Management
• Organize and coordinate office decorations for festivals and national events including Diwali, Ganesh Festival, Christmas, New Year, Independence Day (15 Aug), and Republic Day (26 Jan).
• Plan and execute birthday celebrations including food distribution arrangements.
6. Experience Center Coordination
• Liaise monthly with site security teams to coordinate supply of HK materials, tea/coffee, and drinking water (Bisleri bottles).
7. Administrative & Document Support
• Provide spiral binding and general document support to staff as needed.
• Handle material movement, logistics, and dispatch coordination.
• Ensure adequate availability of printer supplies including paper, cartridges, stapler pins, and related consumables.
• Handle timely refilling and replacement of office equipment supplies.
