Responsibilities and Duties
Office Assistant :
Greeting doctors and clients.
Responsible for managing files, documents etc.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness by assisting the housekeeping.
Assist in planning and arranging training classes and meetings.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Set up, organize and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Co-Ordinating events as necessary.
Undertake a variety of office support tasks.
Maintain trusting relationships with colleagues.
Help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the organization.
House Keeping
• maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition
• wash, dust, polish, vacuum and sweep all areas of the establishment
• clean sinks, tubs, showers and toilets according to prescribed sanitary standards
• polish fittings and fixtures
• clean mirrors and windows
• listen and respond to resident's queries and requests
• ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies
• keep cleaning equipment in good working order
• maintain clean storage area for equipment and supplies
• observe and report any maintenance issues
• assist with meal serving and clean up
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1+
Education: SSLC or PUC
Skills:
Basic computer skills
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Good and positive attitude
