Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data systems, preparing reports, analyzing trends, and supporting business decision-making with accurate MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Analyze data to support business decisions and identify performance trends.

• Create dashboards, charts, and pivot tables using Excel or other tools.

• Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.

• Provide actionable insights and data support to senior management.

• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.); MBA preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MIS or data reporting roles.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau (preferred).

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
