Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Maintain and update MIS databases, dashboards, and trackers

• Develop and automate reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required data and ensure accuracy

• Identify data discrepancies and resolve issues proactively

• Prepare presentations and summaries for management review

• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and proper documentation

• Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, or related field

• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros preferred)

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (added advantage)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills
