Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Nagpur
Experience Required: 1 to 6 Years
Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / Any relevant discipline)

Role Objective

This role exists to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable MIS reports to management. If someone only knows how to enter data and not analyze it, they are not fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Maintain data trackers, dashboards, and master sheets

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across departments

• Analyze data to identify trends, deviations, and performance gaps

• Coordinate with HR, Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams for data collection

• Create and manage Excel-based reports using formulas, pivot tables, lookups

• Ensure reports are shared within deadlines—no follow-ups required

• Support management reviews, audits, and decision-making processes

• Improve and automate reporting processes to reduce manual work

Mandatory Skills (No Compromise)

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

• Ability to handle large volumes of data without errors

• Analytical mindset—must explain what the numbers mean

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic knowledge of Power BI / Google Sheets is an advantage
