बैक ऑफिस MIS एग्जीक्यूटिव

Role Purpose

To maintain accurate business data, prepare MIS reports, support sales and inventory analysis, and provide timely data insights for effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Compilation

• Collect daily, weekly, and monthly data from various departments.

• Compile operational data related to production, warehouse, inventory, dispatch, sales, and other business functions.

• Maintain department-wise trackers and master data sheets.

2. MIS Reporting

• Prepare and circulate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

• Prepare management reports as per defined formats and timelines.

• Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

3. Data Accuracy & Validation

• Verify data received from different departments before updating MIS reports.

• Identify data mismatches, missing information, and discrepancies.

• Coordinate with concerned departments for correction and closure.

4. Inventory & Operational Reporting

• Prepare reports related to raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, stock movement, wastage, expiry, and variances.

• Maintain production, warehouse, dispatch, and inventory-related data as required.

• Support stock reconciliation and audit-related reporting.

5. System & Tracker Management

• Update and maintain Excel sheets, IMS reports, ERP/system data, and other operational trackers.

• Ensure proper record keeping and availability of historical data.

• Maintain organized databases and report files.

6. Analysis & Management Support

• Analyze data and highlight significant variances, trends, and operational issues.

• Provide required data and reports to management for decision-making.

• Support departments with relevant data for planning and performance monitoring.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Dispatch, Sales, Accounts, and other departments for data collection.

• Follow up with concerned teams for timely submission of required information.

• Ensure smooth flow of information between departments.

8. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all MIS reports and supporting data.

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of business information.

• Follow company reporting formats, SOPs, and timelines.

9. Other Responsibilities

• Support management with any additional reports, analysis, or data requirements.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager as per business requirements.
