बैक ऑफिस MIS एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data reporting, business analysis, dashboard creation, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, data management, report automation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Analyze sales, inventory, employee, and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

• Design and maintain dashboards using advanced Excel.

• Generate management reports, KPI reports, and performance trackers.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of reports.

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, Operations, and Management for data collection and validation.

• Automate recurring reports using Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros (preferred).

• Monitor business performance and highlight deviations to management.

• Maintain master databases and ensure proper documentation.

• Support management with ad-hoc reports and business analysis.

• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Certification in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience as an MIS Executive, MIS Analyst, or Data Analyst.

• Experience in FMCG, Distribution, Retail, E-commerce, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)
