Our client is a growing company operating in the scaffolding and access-solutions industry, serving construction, infrastructure, industrial and maintenance requirements.

The organization is looking for an organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare reports, maintain trackers and provide accurate information to management for effective decision-making.

Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for data management, report preparation, Excel-based analysis, maintaining MIS dashboards and coordinating with different departments to collect and validate information.

The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, good attention to detail and the ability to convert operational data into clear and useful management reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

• Collect data from Sales, Accounts, Operations, Warehouse and other departments.

• Consolidate and validate data received from different teams.

• Maintain accurate databases, trackers and records.

• Prepare management reports and dashboards using MS Excel.

• Track key operational and business performance indicators.

• Monitor sales, orders, invoicing, collections, inventory and other relevant business data.

• Prepare pending-task, outstanding-payment and follow-up reports.

• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.

• Maintain historical MIS records and ensure timely availability of reports.

• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.

• Support management with data analysis and business insights.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.

Required Skills

• Strong MS Excel skills.

• Good knowledge of formulas such as:

  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

  • SUMIF / SUMIFS

  • COUNTIF / COUNTIFS

  • IF

  • Pivot Tables

  • Conditional Formatting

• Data consolidation and analysis.

• Report preparation and dashboard creation.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data.

• Good follow-up skills.

• Ability to meet reporting deadlines.
