Key Responsibilities:
Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
Prepare performance reports for management review.
Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR) for data collection and validation.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and presentations.
Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration.
6 months to 2 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting role.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Data Validation, Charts).
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of SQL / ERP / CRM systems is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
