MIS Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and project documentation while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and commercial proposals based on client requirements.

• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for clients and management.

• Maintain and update project, vendor, and pricing databases.

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical and commercial information.

• Ensure timely submission of proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

• Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders regarding proposal status.

• Maintain accurate records of proposals, quotations, and related documentation.

• Generate MIS reports and support business reporting activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and Formulas).

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.

• Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certification in Microsoft Excel or related software will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in proposal preparation, estimation support, sales coordination, tendering, or similar roles.

• Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Facility Management, Engineering Services, or related industries will be preferred.
