बैक ऑफिस MIS एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are hiring for the position of MIS Executive at Oppo Skynet Electronic Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru.

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing departmental data, preparing accurate reports, maintaining dashboards, and supporting management with data-based insights. The role requires strong Excel knowledge, good analytical ability, and the capability to organise and validate large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Collect, organise, and maintain business/departmental data accurately.
• Create and update reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI.
• Analyse operational/service/sales data to identify trends, issues, and improvement areas.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency across all reports.
• Coordinate with different teams/departments to collect required data on time.
• Maintain proper documentation and structured data records.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports, analysis, and performance tracking.
• Identify reporting gaps, highlight problems, and help the team find suitable solutions.
• Improve reporting efficiency through better Excel formats, formulas, and automation where possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate degree required.
• Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Must know Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data cleaning, and report formatting.
• Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to check data accuracy.
• Ability to handle large datasets and maintain organised records.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Self-analysing quality and ability to identify errors or issues independently.
