MIS एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our e-commerce operations.
This role requires good typing speed, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and high accuracy while working with large volumes of product and inventory data.

Training will be provided on our internal systems, but basic technical and computer proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in Excel and Google Sheets with high accuracy

• Work with product, pricing, inventory, and report data

• Perform daily checks for missing, incorrect, or duplicate entries

• Maintain structured records as per defined formats

• Support operations team with data reports and updates

• Follow standard operating procedures and timelines strictly

Required Skills

Mandatory:

• Typing speed: Minimum 25–30 WPM with accuracy

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (filter, sort, basic formulas)

• Comfortable working with large data files

• Basic computer literacy (email, browser, file handling)

• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred:

• Experience in Data Entry / MIS / Backend Operations

• Exposure to e-commerce or online marketplace data

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or equivalent (education flexible for skilled candidates)

• Disciplined, punctual, and process-oriented

• Willing to learn systems and follow formats exactly

• Comfortable with repetitive, accuracy-based work

• Ready to work on-site in Noida

Screening Process (Important)

Shortlisted candidates will be required to clear:

1. Typing test (minimum 25 WPM)

2. Basic Excel skill check

3. Instruction-following test

Only candidates who clear these will be interviewed.
