Job Description

We are looking for an MIS & Billing Executive to manage daily data entry, Excel reports, client billing, GST invoices, and documentation for our Waste Management Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily waste data into Excel from physical registers.

• Maintain daily and monthly MIS reports.

• Record incoming and outgoing waste quantities.

• Prepare GST invoices for clients.

• Share invoices through email and WhatsApp.

• Maintain billing records, documents, and acknowledgements.

• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and data-related queries.

• Maintain accurate vehicle-wise and client-wise records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).

• Basic knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.

• Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Good data entry and documentation skills.

• Basic communication and coordination skills.

• Gujarati and Hindi language knowledge; basic English.

Eligibility

• B.Com preferred; other graduates can also apply.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

• Candidates with billing, MIS, data entry, or weighbridge office experience will be preferred.
