About the Company:

Radha Wines is a leading liquor wholesale distributor catering to wine shops, beer shops, permit rooms, hotels, and institutional clients across Mumbai, Thane, and Raigad region. We deal in reputed IMFL, beer, and wine brands and focus on strong distribution, compliance, and timely reporting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage sales data, stock reports, and business performance reports. The candidate will support management with accurate and timely MIS reports to help in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.

• Generate brand-wise, party-wise, and area-wise sales reports.

• Maintain stock reports (inward, outward, closing stock).

• Track primary & secondary sales data.

• Coordinate with sales team for order updates and outstanding reports.

• Prepare purchase vs sales comparison reports.

• Monitor scheme tracking and incentive calculations.

• Maintain accurate data in Excel / ERP system.

• Provide management reports as required.

• Assist in audit and compliance data preparation.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data analysis).

• Experience in ERP or billing software.

• Good analytical and reporting skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic understanding of liquor distribution / FMCG reporting preferred.

• Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce / BBA / B.Com preferred.

• 1–3 years experience in MIS / Data Management (Liquor or FMCG industry preferred).

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience).
