Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible MIS Executive to manage daily reporting, data collection, analysis, and maintenance of MIS reports. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, good analytical skills, and the ability to prepare accurate reports within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.

• Collect, consolidate, verify, and update data from different departments.

• Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and records.

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

• Use Advanced MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error checking.

• Track important business/operational KPIs and highlight discrepancies.

• Coordinate with different departments for timely collection of required data.

• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.

• Ensure reports are accurate and submitted within deadlines.

• Maintain proper documentation and version control of MIS reports.

• Identify repetitive reporting tasks and support process improvement/automation.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, Charts, Filters, and basic dashboards.

• Good data management and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data.

• Good time-management and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Power BI / Google Sheets / ERP will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, operations, back-office, or data management.

• Freshers with strong Advanced Excel skills may also be considered.

• Should be comfortable working with Excel-based reports and maintaining data accuracy.

• Should be proactive, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
