Job Title: MIS Executive / Senior MIS Executive

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Salary: 30 to 45 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive who will be responsible for managing business data, preparing regular MIS reports, developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and providing accurate insights to management.

The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and experience in handling large datasets and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different departments.

Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and management reports.

Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.

Prepare performance, productivity, sales, operations, inventory, and other business reports as required.

Monitor and track KPIs, targets, achievements, and operational performance.

Identify data discrepancies, errors, gaps, and unusual trends and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all reports.

Develop automated and efficient reporting formats to reduce manual work.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and other departments for data collection and validation.

Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.

Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of business data.

Present key findings and insights to management in a clear and structured manner.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.

Excellent knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Charts and Dashboards.

Knowledge of Power Query / Macros / VBA will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of MIS reporting and KPI tracking.

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BCA / MBA / Statistics / Computer Science or any relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3–6 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or business operations.

Should be comfortable working with large volumes of data.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel expertise.

Candidates who can independently manage MIS reporting and build dashboards will be preferred.

Work Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
