Key Responsibilities

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for digital marketing campaigns.

● Consolidate campaign data, including ad spend, impressions, clicks, leads, calls, connected calls, revenue, and ROAS.

● Reconcile Meta Ads and Google Ads data with MIS reports, CRM records, and call-center data.

● Analyze campaign performance by region, language, creative, and advertising channel.

● Identify data anomalies, missing entries, high-abandonment periods, and underperforming campaigns.

● Maintain accurate campaign trackers, reporting sheets, and performance dashboards.

● Monitor key performance indicators and highlight trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.

● Coordinate with digital marketing, MIS, CRM, and call-center teams to ensure data accuracy.

● Share actionable insights with management to support data-driven business decisions.

Required Skill Set

● Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data cleaning.

● Strong numerical accuracy and data reconciliation skills.

● Working experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and MIS reporting.

● Experience in dashboard creation using Looker Studio or Power BI.

● Understanding of CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), conversion rate, revenue attribution, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

● Ability to manage large datasets, identify discrepancies, and meet reporting deadlines.

Candidate Profile

● 1–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing reporting, digital marketing MIS, or campaign analytics.

● Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting consistency.

● Ability to interpret campaign data and present meaningful performance insights.

● Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
