Job Title: MIS Executive / MIS Analyst
Job Summary:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business operations and decision-making. This role involves maintaining databases, generating reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to improve organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update databases, records, and systems.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
Generate dashboards and performance reports for management.
Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data.
Support management with data-driven decision-making.
Automate reporting processes where possible (Excel, tools, etc.).
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
Familiarity with MIS reporting tools and dashboards.
Basic understanding of databases (SQL is a plus).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS/reporting (preferred for executive roles).
