MIS Executive

🎯 Job Summary:

The Logistics MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and managing logistics data to ensure smooth transportation operations, cost control, and timely reporting. The role involves preparing daily MIS reports, tracking shipments, monitoring KPIs, and supporting management with accurate data insights.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports related to dispatch, deliveries, freight cost, and vehicle movement

• Track shipment status and ensure timely updates in the system

• Maintain database of vendors, transporters, and clients

• Monitor freight bills, payment records, and outstanding reports

• Coordinate with operations team for real-time data accuracy

• Analyze logistics cost and suggest cost-control measures

• Maintain records of POD (Proof of Delivery) and billing documents

• Generate performance reports (TAT, vehicle utilization, load efficiency, etc.)

• Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation

• Assist management in decision-making through data analysis

📊 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting)

• Basic understanding of logistics and transportation operations

• Good analytical and reporting skills

• Attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of ERP/Logistics software (preferred)

🎓 Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain

• 1–2years of experience in Logistics / MIS / Supply Chain (preferred)
