The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data to generate accurate reports that help management make informed business decisions.

2. Key Responsibilities

Data Management

Collect, verify, and maintain data from different departments.

Update and manage company databases and records.

Report Preparation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Generate sales, inventory, performance, and operational reports.

Data Analysis

Analyze business data and identify trends.

Provide insights to management for better decision-making.

Excel & Tools

Use Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for data analysis.

Maintain dashboards and automated reports.

Coordination

Coordinate with different teams for accurate data collection.

Support management with required reports and presentations.

Data Accuracy

Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
