Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who will be responsible for managing, consolidating, and analyzing recruitment data across teams. The candidate should have strong Advanced Excel skills and the ability to generate accurate reports to support business decisions and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, maintain, and consolidate recruitment data from multiple teams and sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to recruitment performance, client requirements, closures, and pipeline status.
Design and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and trackers for monitoring team productivity and recruitment metrics.
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and proper documentation of all reports.
Coordinate with recruitment teams and team leads to gather and verify required information.
Analyze recruitment data and highlight trends, gaps, and performance insights.
Generate customized reports for management and clients as required.
Maintain and update internal databases and trackers on a regular basis.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and data tools.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Experience in data consolidation and report generation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Applications / Statistics or related field.
1–3 years of experience as MIS Executive, preferably in Recruitment, Staffing, or Consulting Industry.
