Role Purpose
The MIS Executive will support the HR Department in handling employee database management, HR MIS, HR software data entry, documentation, and assisting in day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure smooth HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain HR MIS reports, employee records, and dashboards accurately.
Perform data entry in HR software / ERP, ensuring timely and correct updation.
Handle attendance monitoring, leave records, and daily HR trackers.
Assist in employee onboarding documentation, joining formalities & file maintenance.
Support in employee database creation & maintenance in Excel / software.
Manage basic HR documentation, filing, and record keeping.
Prepare Excel-based reports like Headcount, Attrition, Attendance, Compliance MIS etc.
Support payroll-related data preparation.
Coordinate with departments for HR-related information.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Formatting, MIS preparation).
Good experience in data entry & HR software handling.
Basic understanding of HR operations preferred.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined & organized.
Ability to work under timelines with accuracy.
Ethical and responsible attitude toward confidential information.
