Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS professional with 2+ years of experience to manage data, prepare reports, and support business decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate databases, generating periodic reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

• Develop dashboards and presentations for management review

• Automate reports using Excel formulas, macros, or BI tools where applicable

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements

• Maintain proper documentation of data and reporting processes

• Support audits and management reviews with relevant data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably IT, Commerce, or Management)

• 2+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Word

• Experience with MIS dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau – preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of basic SQL or databases

• Experience in automation or report optimization

• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems
