MIS Executive

MIS ExecuƟve Job Summary: An MIS ExecuƟve (Management InformaƟon System ExecuƟve) in a publicaƟon company is responsible for managing, analysing, and reporƟng data related to editorial, producƟon, sales, and operaƟonal acƟviƟes. The role ensures accurate MIS reporƟng to support business decisions, improve efficiency, and track publicaƟon performance. Roles & ResponsibiliƟes: 1. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to publicaƟon, sales, and operaƟons. 2. Analyse data and generate insights to support management in decision-making. 3. Develop and manage dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. 4. Work with tools like Macros and Power Query for automaƟon and data processing. 5. Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies in reports. 6. Coordinate with different departments (Editorial, Accounts, Sales) for data collecƟon and reporƟng. 7. Maintain records of business performance and campaign tracking. 8. Handle basic coordinaƟon calls related to data verificaƟon and reporƟng. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably Commerce, IT, or related field). 2. CerƟficaƟon in MIS, Data Analysis, or Advanced Excel is preferred. 3. Strong knowledge of MIS reporƟng tools and data management. 4. Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, etc.). 5. Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau(1st Preference). 6. Good analyƟcal and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to prepare business and campaign-related reports. 8. Strong communicaƟon and coordinaƟon skills. 9. Knowledge of any Inventory SoŌware.
Experience: 1yr to 5yrs
Salary: 18k to 25k
