💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Depending on experience)

🔍 Job Overview:•

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS (Management Information System) Specialist to manage, analyze, and present data in a structured and meaningful way. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in advanced Excel, data reporting, and MIS preparation to support business decision-making.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:••

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights

• Develop dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting

• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present reports to management

• Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency

✅ Requirements:•

Proficiency in Advanced Excel• (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF formulas)

• Strong knowledge of data handling, analysis, and reporting

• Ability to create and manage MIS reports independently

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding of business operations and reporting structures

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

🎓 Qualification & Experience:••

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis role

• Freshers with strong Excel skills can also be considered
