MIS Executive

As an MIS Executive at AUDITRA, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of audit-related data. You will act as the bridge between raw audit findings and actionable management insights, ensuring that all reports are accurate, updated, and delivered on time to support strategic decision-making.

​Key Responsibilities

​Data Management: Maintain and update large-scale audit databases with precision, ensuring all records reflect the most current audit cycles.

​Analysis & Reporting: Analyze audit data to identify recurring discrepancies, compliance gaps, or operational inefficiencies.

​Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain automated MIS reports and dashboards using Excel or BI tools to track KPI progress.

​Data Integrity: Perform regular audits of the data itself to ensure consistency and accuracy across different reporting platforms.

​Collaboration: Work closely with the Audit Team to understand technical findings and translate them into simplified summary reports for senior management.

​Process Improvement: Identify ways to automate manual data collection processes to reduce lead time and human error.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Complex Formulas).

​Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at a spreadsheet and identify the "story" behind the numbers.

​Attention to Detail: An obsession with accuracy—essential for an audit-focused firm.
