MIS Executive

Experience: 1–3 years (Only Males Required)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Negotiable as per experience)
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications / BBA / B.Com / Any relevant field

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining company data using Excel and other reporting tools. The role involves preparing MIS reports, monitoring business performance, and supporting management in decision-making through accurate and timely data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data for various departments.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry and report generation.

• Develop and automate reporting formats using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboard, etc.).

• Coordinate with different departments for data consolidation and validation.

• Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis.

• Maintain and update records, logs, and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of data management and analysis tools.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Knowledge of Power BI / SQL / Advanced Excel (added advantage).

Preferred Industry:

Open to candidates from manufacturing, logistics, or medical equipment industry (preferred but not mandatory).
