Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Create Excel-based reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and dashboards.
Collect data from different departments and ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
Share MIS reports with management and concerned teams as per defined timelines and requirements.
Track key business metrics and highlight variances, trends, and exceptions.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver customized reports.
Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data policies.
Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from management.
Continuously improve reporting formats and automation wherever possible.
Show willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes as required by the organization.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation).
Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
Good understanding of data handling and reporting accuracy.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Logical thinking and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and reporting methods.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle) will be an added advantage.
