MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report business data. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining databases, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing accurate information to management for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Collect, consolidate, and verify data from different departments.

• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records.

• Prepare management reports and dashboards.

• Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and exceptions.

• Track department-wise performance against targets and KPIs.

• Automate recurring reports wherever possible.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

• Coordinate with different departments to obtain required information.

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.

• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.

• Handle Excel-based data management and reporting.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of business information.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts, and data validation.

• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data.

• Good time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.

• Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may also be considered.

• Accuracy of reports.
