ecosystems. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Media Operations Executive to
ensure the flawless execution of every client campaign.
This role is the crucible of our delivery process. You will be the central coordinator, managing the
backend logistics from campaign planning and vendor negotiation to content quality assurance and

How You'll Make an Impact
Flawless Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end operational execution of media
campaigns (Digital, Print, Experiential, Content), ensuring timely and accurate delivery across
all chosen channels.
Master Scheduler & Planner: Develop comprehensive day/month-wise campaign
calendars and detailed execution plans, coordinating internal and external resources
proactively.
Vendor & Partner Negotiation: Strategically negotiate with media vendors, publishers, and
third-party partners to secure favorable rates and ensure the quality of deliverables aligns with
client commitments and internal profitability goals.
Content Quality Control: Serve as the quality gate for content strategy, effectively
communicating client briefs to writers and creative teams, and monitoring their output to
ensure high-quality content delivery.
Financial & Profitability Oversight: Monitor and ensure file profitability for every
campaign. This includes managing budgets, processing all vendor bills, maintaining defined
paperwork processes, and ensuring accurate billing with zero errors, including variances in
taxation (e.g., for Print vs. Digital).
Seamless Communication: Act as the central communication hub, ensuring transparent,
timely, and seamless information flow between sales, accounts, clients, and all media/content
vendors.
To Thrive in this role, you'll need
0-3 years of proven experience in media operations, campaign execution, vendor
management, or a highly organized coordination role, preferably within a media agency or
publishing house.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, crucial for managing
complex schedules, paperwork, and financial data with high accuracy.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effectively managing vendors and
ensuring content writers adhere to quality standards.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand how operational decisions directly
impact campaign profitability.
Basic understanding of financial documentation and billing processes, including different
taxation requirements for various media formats (Print, Digital, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (or advanced use of spreadsheets) and a
demonstrated ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Bonus points if you have
Direct experience managing and negotiating with print/digital publishers in the Delhi NCR
market.
Prior exposure to content creation workflow management (briefing, editing, final delivery).
Familiarity with common accounting/billing software used in the media industry.
