• Call prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Maintain proper records of all enquiries and leads.
• Regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare and share quotations as instructed by management.
• Maintain daily lead, calling and follow-up reports.
• Update lead status and customer information regularly.
• Follow up for quotation approval, purchase orders and work confirmation.
• Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Perform any other sales, marketing or coordination work assigned by management.
