KYC Executive

Job Title: Kyc Executive

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Day Week Off

Work Location: Tin Factory, KR Puram, Bangalore (Work From Office)

Compensation:₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand + CTC +Performance-Based Incentives (up to ₹15,000)

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in KYC, customer verification, customer support, or backend operations preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills and attention to detail can also apply

Roles and Responsibilites:

• Perform customer KYC verification as per company and regulatory guidelines

• Verify documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, and other required details

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers for KYC completion and clarification

• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system

• Identify and report discrepancies or fraudulent documents

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)

• Customer-handling skills
